4 months and still no entry frame door. They installed the wrong glass and were to replace and its been another month and nothing. Do not use this company. The office lady mouthed off about me to her colleague whilst I was still on the phone & could hear everything. Very unprofessional. Do not use this company.

My front door fell off its hinges and I rang Doorworld, primarily in support of the local businesses but also because I assumed it would be quicker if it were local. A man came and quoted the door and a couple of options and assured me a quote would be emailed that afternoon with the chosen door fitted asap. The quote never arrived. The next day I rand and the lady in the office promised again she would send it. I waited all day,again it did not arrive. Meanwhile I had little security with my door and my hubby was away. I drove to the opposition in Springvale to be greeted with courtesy, promptness and a new door fitted that week by true professionals. If you are thinking of getting a door(s) it is worth the long drive to find better service.This was 3 weeks ago.... a quote was not forthcoming and I doubt it ever will be.

SAVE YOUR TIME. THESE GUYS ARE TOO BUSY AND NOT INTERESTED IN GETTING THE JOB DONE RIGHT.First impression was fantastic, the owner was very kind and polite to my whole family, they came to quote on time AMAZING. the quote took a little while, no real problem here.Then the fun starts Our door is an unusual size i will pay that. So we have our doors fitted. The front security door CANNOT be locked or unlocked with a key because the frame and measurements taken by the owner of this business where wrong, honest mistake. The rear security door is a standard size how ever they managed to fit it in the jamb on an angle horizontally.I am one for second chances so we had the owner out, he didn't seem to see the problems that i did. Not being able to unlock the security door from the inside, the security door hitting the jamb, the security door snib hitting the jamb. So i offered to design the new frame that would enable a new security door to be fully functioning. After a day of thinking the owner decided i was being unreasonable and removed all of the doors and kindly refunded our money.Congratulations door world you just lost $7000 in business all because you are not willing to fix your mistakes and consider the time you waste whilst doing this.Thank you.

Three visits and three consistently useless experiences. Never have I been to a store less interested in making a sale or providing any kind of service to the general public. Rude and dismissive. Highly uncompetitive pricing also.

Terrible install quality.Wont honour a warranty.Shocking customer relations.Please listen to everyone else's reviews. Do not use.

Can only speak for the door fixtures and fittings; Great high quality range on displays. Maureen was fantastic to deal with. Very helpful and truly went above and beyond

We wanted to use Door World because we wanted to support a local business. Graham came to do a quote in February 2020. He was very nice, but said he probably couldn't do the job until after June 2020. We told him to go ahead and do a quote anyway, because we were intent on supporting this local business. We waited several weeks for the quote, and I phoned three times to follow it up. We still haven't received the quote in mid-March. If Door World's quotes take weeks to complete, and the doors take five or more months to install, it sounds as though this company is either too busy, or too exhausted, to be of much help. It's such a shame, as the initial service was wonderful. We will have to go to another company.

Delivered the wrong size and colour door. Was argumentative, blamed us and resorted to intimidation tactics. Only gave us our money back after we sought legal advice. Totally unprofessional and rude. Do not recommend this business.

During a power failure I tried to manually open my garage door and the plastic handle broke. Since door world in Mornington had installed it, I called them, and to their credit, a young bloke came out right away.He jiggled the broken release mechanism and the door was able to be opened so I could go to work. He didn't repair it. He was there less than 5 minutes and Mornington is only 10 minutes drive to my house.I expected a charge of $50 to $100 for a call out fee.I didn't wait for an invoice but called and offered to pay immediately. The charge was $148.00.I feel that it is an EXCESSIVE FEE and told them so. I will shop around next time before I support the local businesses.
