Have been customer for well over a decade last few years have not been happy with service especially the receptionist who can be rather rude and above all often forgets your order which I have to chase up and then made to feel like I am their biggest pain in the butt. I will be going elsewhere from now on. Products here have also diminished in quality.

Very disappointed in the way my friend was spoken to by Browns Shavings owner. I will be using another source in future. People think that because they have money they can talk down to other people. Your shavings are not that special. Yarra Glen shavings for me from now on.
