My husband took his car here for repairs for an ignition switch and to remove a CD which had become stuck. They gave it back with NO GPS and poor phone connection and are refusing to fix it ! Very poor customer service - BE WARNED

I made the mistake of returning to this business after a previous issue around how long it took to complete work on the electric window of my car (three weeks). I booked my sons' car in on a specific day to have a new radio installed and after four business days I still did not have the car back and any indication as to whether to expect the job to be completed. I ended up picking up the car (no work done) at the end of the fourth business day without a new radio. I found the staff unfriendly and unprofessional.

Customer service over the phone was great. I could not get a mechanic until the end of January, so if you go here book ahead early. It's really worth the wait if you can borrow a car in the meantime. This business won't rip you off. New parts and work is guaranteed.
