Staff at this store have always been nice and helpful, even when I've had issues with online purchases. (Receiving the wrong disc for a game, receiving the wrong product entirely because it was entered wrong at a different store)My only experience is buying games here.

Easy and cheap way to add to game and movie collections, plus two years free warranty for everything bought here is super neat. ALL the staff are friendly and fun, and very helpful. Agreeing to a free membership also makes it super easy to keep track of receipts and warranties, and to sell old tech and dvds. 11/10 always recommend.

Used to be a wonderful store, Now there is some thing that claims to be the manager" With real strong Karen vibes. She was rude

It's incredibly frustrating that they don't have a phone number to call. They bought a mobile phone from me, and despite it being the weekend, they said they'd be in touch the following day regarding their assessment of phone and my payment (they were depositing the money directly into my account). I didn't hear anything from them so I drove back to the shop to chase up what was happening. It turns out I forgot to unlock the phone (silly me). But no one contacted me to tell me this! So I unlocked it, we wiped it then and there, then they said that they'd (once again) need to assess the phone's condition, then they'd get back to me. Still no word from them. And I work during the day so I can't just wip out during the day. This would be so much easier if they just had a contact number. But instead, you need to leave them a message online and they'll get back to you. Well I'm still waiting on this assessment and my funds. And every extra day they take, they lose another star. FYI, if you go there to trade in DVDs or blu-ray flicks, the going rate for most discs is 0.05 per disc. You can verify this yourself from their website.

I bought an Samsung galaxy s20 note one day ago.I went back today and said I have problem with the battery in 2 hours spend 35% with do nothing.They didn't re-found me the money (cash money)I had pictures to provide to them.I will send email in London and see how goes.Never recommend

They unfortunately sell phones as unlocked when in fact they are locked thankfully i was able to get my money back. And purchase in from a reputable place

Came in to the store and approached the counter, was ignored by staff at the counter. Staff made it more than difficult to return a faulty item.

Fantastic shop and helpful and friendly staff who always try their best to make my buying, and sometimes selling, experience as effortless and productive as possible. Always able to find some old treasures and the occasional rarity at very reasonable prices, and able to sell a few old movies and some tech for not too bad a price, all things considered. I always visit whenever I get the chance, and recommend to everyone to go for a look!

Gave a reasonable price to sell some electronics without much fuss. Probably the best place to go to clean out your used items.

Got a used iPhone from them a couple of weeks ago, but it had issues with the battery. Took it back and they replaced it with a similar model no questions asked. New (old) phone works perfectly and so much cheaper than buying the latest model.
