The most rude male pharmacist I have ever come across. No wonder they are looking for a part time pharmacist - the other one probably left because this man would be horrible to work with. Avoid!!!Go to Terry White instead. I went across to Terry White and was professionally and politely helped by its staff.

The male pharmacist thinks he is a Dr not a pharmacist. Never going there again. Would not fill my scripts, In desperate pain I had to walk 20 minutes in pain to the next Pharmacy.

I'd avoid this place. I can't countenance the idea of dealing with a pharmacy that would employ a pharmacist that defends homeopathic medicine". I question their professional judgement and I can't trust them.Backstory:My partner was sold a bottle of Bioglan Homeopathic Melatonin when they asked for something to help them sleep (the bottle was taken to the counter without her checking it closely).Upon discovering this I attempted to return the unopened bottle on the grounds that it is objectively not medicine (I failed because I didn't have the credit card it was purchased on with me ).I expected some push-back from the counter staff

Unbelievable service here. Great walk in flu shot service as well as competitive pricing on medication. Love this smaller business which is not like chemist warehouse which deliberately takes forever to fill scripts so you shop in store. Sometimes you just don’t have time

These guys are outstanding. The customer service is not only exemplary, but also completely genuine - they actually care about your health and your experience of the dispensing process.I always assumed that the dispassionate aloofness, or even outright hostility, that I've felt at other pharmacies in the area, were just standard for the industry (Chemist Warehouse in Camberwell is the WORST for dispensing staff who treat you like a complete inconvenience). However Discount Drug Store's staff have reset my expectations, and I won't take a script anywhere else.

Amy is a champion. She's right on the ball. She always remembers me, even if I'm wearing a mask, and she remembers exactly what medicine I need for what things. 10/10 service.

Price match chemist warehouse and didn't have to wait 30mins for my script! defiantly my new pharmacy. Amy the pharmacist and her lovely ladies that assist you in the store are absolutely great. Pricing of medications and other products are so reasonable.

Such a lovely team and group of people. Amy goes above and beyond to ensure every question is answered and the service offered is exceptional every time. They offer recommendations, suggestions, and are always friendly and with a smile. It's not my closest pharmacy but I travel that little bit extra to remain loyal to the store and staff that look after me. Could not recommend them more! Thank you for your service, support and advice. Keep up the great work!
