Just Cuts Kingston

Went into Just Cut's last week for the first time. Had my haircut by Angela and she did the best cut I have had in a long time and did it exactly how I wanted it. Thank you.

Service was ok but the waiting time indicated was pointless. They give you an estimated waiting time of 80 mins- You arrive there 5 mins prior and told to wait another 20 mins. After 20 mins told to wait another minutes or so. The 80 mins waiting period ended 120mins.

Wont go here again. Did my kid $25 old school booking far better place, so much easier, no hassle with their ridiculous booking system, better haircut too.

Worst experience . I self checked and said 75- 85 minutes wait time and happily waited. After one hour got a message on the phone thatHi Teena,Good News! You are approaching the top of the queue. Please make your way back to Just Cuts.So i came back and patiently sat down to be called.Then after 5 minutes a guy came out and said you will be next and then I didn't see him again. After 10 minutes I saw them packing up to close .I was like'what????'I checked the closing time on the website and it showed 2:45 PM on Sundays, but the time was only 1:30pm at that time. I wasted my precious time For nothing.

Very happy with the service given to my son by Mr Samito. Professional and very friendly!!

My dad hardly has has hair his 83 year old man has only few hair on each side and a couple hair on top front it will only take 5 to 10 minutes asked dad how long they took he said over 20 minutes for a few hair on his head and charged him over $30 dollars and it wasn't even cut properly, never again. My best friend took her son there for a chair cut he got home it was in even my friend had to find another hair dresser to get it done properly. Thank you for your service. No more.

Didn't do what I said just whent on there own. I asked to not touch the top at all and they cut 2 thirds of it off and didn't even do what I asked for the sides.

Wait time is just crazy 3 hours it took for me it sit down and get my hair cut when I was told a wait time of one hour don't not reckon on they rush cutting your hair to be able to get the next person in the chair only give one start because I had to to write a review.

My son never had a haircut by a professional before as he was too afraid of going to a hairdresser. Samito was excellent in every way. He spoke to my son in a very friendly manner and he put his mind to rest. My son was not only impressed with his new haircut, but would love to use Just Cuts in the future.We would like to congratulate Samito for a job well done and great customer service!
