Great furniture but I missed the company policy of them not taking them mountain plastic packaging it came in. $80 delivery fee should include taking the packaging back like many other places do.

Appalling after sales service! Staff said and did everything to get the sale over the line while we were in store, but that’s where the positive experience ended. They delivered the wrong furniture, after multiple phone conversations to try to avoid this. They have showed staggering levels of incompetency while coordinating the replacement with the correct furniture. (Yes - they insisted on LEAVING the wrong furniture inside my front door!) we’ve spent 4 days chasing them on the phone - not easy because they won’t provide direct phone numbers, and never return calls. In the end we had to drive half hour back to the store just to speak to someone about it. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Purchased an item 8 days ago in 30% sale and sale person pushing to make the sale. Few days after the purchase the sale goes to 50% and I have requested for a price matching. They have mentioned its beyond 7 days and not eligible to make a price matching. The item was not customised and was shipped in a container. This basically designed to trap the costumer and funny part is that if you want to cancel the items which has been already shipped and not customised, you still need to pay 45% of the total price. Even without my purchase that item was in the container so they could practice this with few others and to me it’s an easy money.

Great experience, Simon was very patient with us and found exactly what we required, I would go back again.

Poor customer service since leaving the store. We have been waiting over 3 months for our lounge and the arrival date keeps getting moved back. Constantly have to chase for updates - wont shop there again

Ordered Lounge 29/7/22 - still waiting for it to hit Australian shores.Been advised today expected to arrive Mid Dec.(that's 22-23 weeks wait)!Definitely something to consider when ordering a lounge from Nick Scali :(

Good enough store, just stupid proves in my opinion. I could get better for less not just online but in competing stores. But if your desperate it's not the worst place to go

Don't order from here if you actually want to receive the item you paid for!I've been waiting since 21st of Feb to receive the floor stock table I inspected. They have admitted to me they have sent me another table that is in significantly worse condition than the one I ordered and that the one I inspected is still on their showroom floor. They have told me multiple stories regarding who is dealing with delivery of my table, and every time I follow this up, it has always been me who has reached out. For a 'designer' company you'd think their service wouldn't be so shocking. My fiance and I have been trying to furnish our new house and dealing with this store has been the most stressful part of our move. Don't go here and don't expect anyone to help you - especially Simon and Emma! Simon has given me the runaround more times than I can count. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I feel as though I have gotten nowhere and have given them ample time to resolve this with us. Very disappointed as our friends and family recommended Nick Scali highly - certainly not anymore.
