2 days after i placed my order i called to ask if they had the right address as im in cbd they said they did and would take 48 hours. The lady was very rude on the phone couldnt wait to hang up i even wanted to pick up the order. I had just forgotten to get it from petbarn but wasnt giving the option. One week and the order is still travelling or better is said will arrive in 2 days but is stored in cbd cant get event return the item. Update. Is the 11/01 at 6:30 now i put the order on the 2/01 The app Shop sayis is still in cbd to be sorted im no longer in the hotel and havent had any contact from the shop. Yes i have email a couple times. Im sad and disappointed is the first time i tried a different shop apart from foudantion and even my order from america got here 3 days after paid.Oder was posted on the 2/01 still saying is with delivery and i have already left the hotel . On Ahop app it sayis is in cbd (where i was)

I ordered a cat flap door from Vet-n-Pet. Their shipping updates were prompt, and I received the item quite quickly as well. I find their extra 'thank you for choosing us' email endearing, and I would like to shop from them again! I also got a a MYPET magazine with my order that was informative. Definitely recommend the company.

Excellent customer service. We did click and collect from the driveway and they collected our order in a timely manner, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I have also had items delivered and these arrived promptly. It's great to have a local business offering such a wide range of products and great customer service to boot.

Can't ask for better service than these guys. Ordered injectable cattle supplement (after endless frustration with local suppliers). Rang to check status of my order and they apologised for the minor delay and upped the shipping to Express Post. Five Hoof rating!!

Ordered heartworm med for our dog, was shipped in 2 days and arrived ~ 13 days later (NH - USA). Great prices and easy transaction. I also appreciated the shipping notifications from Australian Post - they updated us from the time the package entered their system to its arrival at our door.I previously ordered pet meds from another AU company and shipping was at least 1-2 weeks longer and they provided no updates/tracking information.

I placed an order early Tuesday morning for a supplement needed for one of our top show dogs. We already had a new tub of the supplement but it had inadvertently been left behind at a friends house while staying there to travel to a dog show. As it was in a different state and we would not be going back that way for a few weeks we needed to place the order and pay for express post in the hopes it would arrive in by weeks end.I can’t explain just how grateful I am for the swift service provided by the staff. I called and explained our situation and asked that they make sure our order went in the post Tuesday.Well here it is Wednesday and the order has already arrived not even 24 hours later.Thank you vet n pet direct for helping to keep our dogs in top show condition.

Although a 33% price rise on Royal Canin products since my visit 2 weeks earlier the service was quick and efficient, it would be handy if you could purchase goods EFTPOS as well as on line.
