Sands Hotel
Went for dinner and meals were tasty & well- sized.Steaks were cooked to perfection ( one medium- rare, the other well done). Only negative- chips were a bit limp and not hot.Overall good service, food and value for money.

I recently stayed here for work and was very impressed with my room. It was so spacious, with beautiful decor and an amazing rain shower in the bathroom. The place was immaculate and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. My only gripe is the coffee ☕️. It’s from a vending machine which is okay but not the best and there is no selection of alternatives milks but you’re not far away from some lovely little cafes.

Exceptional staff and quality breakfast offerings. Juices, cereals, fruit and yogurt, and buffet cooked breakfast.Relaxed modern surroundings with room for accessibility.Will come again

We didn't book, they were busy but accommodated us in the hotel breakfast room off the main room. I had a burger which was decent. They forgot to bring my beer until prompted but got it quickly after that in time to have it with the food. Others on the table had seafood platter, steak and Texas Parma. Everyone thought their food was nice. Service wasn't quick but nor was it slow.

On Thursday 15th - Friday 16th September 2022 my fiancé and I went to Sands Hotel - Carrum downs. As I walked in Jennine smiled at me and I said Hello and told her I was going to my room. The customer service is always perfect. The queen room and the facilities were amazing. It was clean. The shower head was huge and it was spacious inside too. Bed was comfortable and supportive. When we were leaving we met Erin and told her how much we enjoyed staying there. We wanted to come back again. She was very welcoming and encouraged us to return again. Amazing. Thank you :DOn Wednesday 7th September my fiancé and I went to the Sands Hotel - Carrum downs. We ordered the Southern Fried Burger, Chicken Parma and Lemon, Lime Bitters. We were looked after by Lea and she makes the best drinks and has amazing customer service as well. We can’t wait to return for lunch again. Thank you :D

I just had the best steak in a long time! It was cooked to perfection and so juicy! I usually prefer my steak cooked at home and don’t trust eating out but tonight’s was 10/10! Oh and th roast potatoes were Devine! Fluffy in the middle and crunchy on out side! Thank you so much
