I asked for a quote for End Of Lease Cleaning but they did not bothered and no one came on said date and again keep on giving excuses, I called on the helpline number and told the whole thing still the lady at reception was very casual and said I am cancelling your appointment and not even tried to send someone. Very poor service. Not at all recommended.

Due to being away, we asked Jim's cleaning to do our end of lease cleaning for our small unit. However they did not clean the place properly twice. I therefore had to go back to clean the stove tops myself for 2 hours. When we made a complaint and asked for refund as the agent would have deducted our bond for extra cleaning cost with dirty stove tops and etc., Jim's Cleaning did not admit their mistake for the incomplete job, they are also not willing to refund us. This is not acceptable and ridiculous. We will never recommend Jim's Cleaning to anyone.

I wasn't expecting anything too flashy, but an army of Jimbo clones marched from the back of the Jim's Garden Care trailer and returned my front yard to its former glory within a matter of minutes, while chanting their signature Jimbo" Cadence.100/100Would purchase services again"
