The last few times I have been in, nobody has been interested in serving. Today, the male and female behind the counter would not stop talking to each other, and I could not find what I was looking for. Neither of them offered to help. I was once a regular customer in the shop, at least once a week, but I am going to find a new place now. Very disappointing that their customer service has gone downhill so badly.

I am done with this place! I have been coming here for almost two years as it’s closest to me, but have always found their young staff member’s customer service to be average. Ok, take the bad with the good.Today around 2:45pm, I came in to buy some thing. When it came to paying, it appeared the EFTPOS system had gone down. Ok, not their fault, however the two staff members became so engrossed with this issue they didn’t once speak to me to tell me what’s going on, or apologise for the hold up, nothing.The young male staff member at the register just stood at the counter and ignored me the entire time, made no effort to communicate the issue at all. The final straw came when he decided to get his phone out and just start scrolling social media infront of me!!I said I might just come back later and get this…. he mumbled something inaudible but still have no care or service as to what was going on as I walked out.I get these things happen, I get it’s completely no fault of the business the Eftpos system went down, but to just ignore a customer infront of them and not communicate, and then rudely take a mobile phone out and just start mindlessly scrolling social media while a customer is standing there being delayed, is simply not acceptable. Check your CCTV if you have any to see what I mean.Consider this the last time I visit.

This is my regular pet shop. Always have what I need & the staff are very knowledgeable and a bit cute as well...

First time at this store and I will definitely be returning! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Gorgeous little treat bar to walk around and choose individual or several different treats for your furry loved ones. Great range for your furry, scaly and feathered family members.
