The staff where incredibly rude and actually accused me of hording medication when I was trying to get my prescription filled. Just because I didn't realise the script wasn't due yet, and only lasts a couple of weeks anyway! does not give you the right to accuse me like that and embarrass me in front of other customers. Unprofessional to put it kindly. * 0 stars

Rude Male Pharmacist here. He can see I am waiting and he is taking his own sweet time. And he refused to help me stating he cannot sign the declaration but when I checked online pharmacist are eligible to and my other friends got that done from pharmacy only.Rude attitude never going back

Great store with an extensive range of products. Pharmacists are friendly and knowledgeable.Click-and-collect items are prepared very quickly and a convenient collection point at the back with a register at the back too.Ample free parking (1P and some 2P) at the back.

Needed to fill a script early as I'm travelling and always have trouble filling scripts while doing so. I always go here and have done this in the past no issue. Today one of the pharmacists denied this, didn't even bother to look up my history and confirm this is my situation. How about you help customers, look into their requests and stop treating people like trash? Total power trip. Bye bye chemist warehouse kew. Do better.

Staff not trained adequately in policies, useless security guards, bad service all round. Had no reply from their customer service since writing to them about very bad experience (3 weeks ago now). Got price match at Star Pharmacy and much better customer service there. Don't wast time at Chemist Warehouse unless you have no other options.

The manager at Chemist Warehouse Kew, rudely rejected my request to exchange the Ostelin Vitamin D product I had purchased. I wanted to exchange it because each gel capsule has Ostelin printed on it so I did not think they were safe to consume. The container is opaque so I could not see the ink on the capsules before buying it.I was told that Chemist Warehouse does not refund customers on any supplements they purchase and was shown their no refunds

I went today and there is a staff who is tall and wear glasses ( maybe called Mark, not 100% sure if I remember his name correctly) , is very nice and professional. I came to ask if the promotion products are available, he checked for me one by one and did a few times. I really appreciate their great customer services and that made my day !

So happy there is a Chemist Warehouse around work. Always has the products I need and can easily pop in and out during lunch breaks. Staff are very friendly.

This is my local chemist and so we have been a customer here for a few years now. There is always trouble with the pharmacists and filling medication. If my dosage has changed they question me and never want to fill the script as my last one “was different”. Have refused to sell me a cream for eczema for my son on multiple occasions now which was recommended by our doctor. The cream is not prescription but kept behind the counter. Since when do pharmacists know more about my sons condition than his own doctor? Today the pharmacist told me to go to star chemist next time as they won’t sell it to me anymore. We will be buying our multiple medications and Tina of formula elsewhere from now on. Extremely rude pharmacy team. I would rather pay extra than to be harassed by them every time I need something. It’s hard enough having a medical condition that is constantly changing than to have to explain myself every time I try to buy a cream which has no extreme side effects anyway! Will be telling everyone I know to avoid this chemist warehouse.

I am genuinely unsure as to what kind of person would give this establishment such a low rating. We were promptly greeting in a very polite manner by the staff and immediately shown the products we were looking for and taken to a register to pay for the item very quickly. The staff were very friendly the entire time we were there. Anyone who had an opposing experience should probably take a good look at themselves in the mirror and do some very serious soul searching before tarnishing the reputation of such a prestigious business. 5 stars, would recommend to a friend.
