Plaza Wellbeing Centre

Have been using the centre since it opened 6 months ago. Prue is amazing, so welcoming and I feel like I’ve known her forever. The slender you tables have helped tremendously by stretching and improving flexibility. Also extremely relaxing. Can highly recommend the centre to anyone who would like to give it a try. 5 stars from me team.

I ve bee play soccer all my life , used to get fisio, masseurs, chiro, etc .. but honestly I had one of the best remedial massage so far , from an Italian guy.I will definitely back asap. If you are around Alice and you need a really good massage , this place is a sanctuary. thanks a lot!!

I love going to the Plaza Wellbeing Centre using the Slender you tables 6 different tables all doing something slightly different. I go 3 times a week and it's my time to zone out for an hour or so each session. Put my eye mask on and away i go my 10 mins on the 1st machine until i get through the whole 6 tables. It has helped me with the daily work stress, tension in my shoulders and hips and even better toning up i lost 23cm in 23 days thats going 3 times a week for an hour. Once i have finished the tables i go on the rolletic for 15 minutes this is my favourite way to end my session the rollers are heated and are continously going around i love doing my shoulders, legs, hips, stomach and feet it feels amazing. The vibrosauna i was a little hesistant to try it at first as i dont like saunas Prue talked me through it and wow i loved it. Laying in the vibrosauna capsule with my head out music playing, essential oils and air slightly blowing of my face and i can control the whole experience with the controls just inside the vibrosauna adjusting the heat i can have it as hot as i want or as low as i want. I adjust the contols to around 45 to 50 degrees depending how i am feeling. It is a time to completely zones out and just relax. I have been going to the wellbeing centre now for around 5 months and i love it i have met alot of lovely people going there and we have a good laugh. It has helped me sleep alot better at night especially the actual day i have been there and helps with the daily stress of work and just in general.Prue is very welcoming and encouraging i didnt know her before i started going but feels like i have know her for years. This is just what Alice Springs needed somewhere where everyday people mens and woman can go and exercise without feeling uncomfortable. The App is my best friend if i have an hour free i can just on the app have a look and see what appointments are available book it and know i am set. You don't have to ring the Wellbeing centre its all on your phone it cant get any easier than that. I highly recommend it and have to alot of my friends and they are still going and enjoying it.Good work Prue & Shannon see you in an hour for my next session looking forward to it im bringing 2 friends for them to try it for themselves.

I have been lucky enough to use most services in this lovely business. The Toning tables are amazing they made my aches and pains much more bearable. The Rolletic is awesome I go there after a huge gym session and release my tight muscles ahhh!!! And then the Vibrosaun nothing better than laying down doing nothing and sweating it out on the vibrating table. Love love love. Can’t get enuf would go there everyday if I had the time.

So kind, helpful, and understanding in hearing what I needed; even though they were closing, the lovely woman at the front desk called around to see where else would be open and able to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon. Honestly the best remedial massage that I've has. Fabio is a magician. I was pretty sore after 4 days on the Larapinta Trail, but this massage did not hurt, and did the trick.
