Auto Leaders

I took my Kia for a capped price service, 45K km, as twice previously and as agreed over the phone, only to be presented with an invoice for $420, more than $100 added to Kia's price. The invoice was changed after I queried it. The next service is supposed to be 60 000 km, following Kia's 15000 km intervals, but the sticker in the window now reckons the car should go back after only 10 000 km, at 52500 km. I won't be going back.

As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I feel very safe dealing with Auto Leaders.Ray is a lovely man, calm, genuine and honest...I felt like I was taking my car to my Dad.Their prices are reasonable, they fixed only what needed fixing, and despite my willingness to take care of anything that needed attention, he was honest in telling me what wasn't necessary.After hearing about my experience, 3 of my family members will be switching over now.I highly recommend this business!

We're very happy with the standard of service and workmanship that we have been given by Auto Leaders Caloundra for the past five years. Five years ago we purchased a second hand BMW and were cautioned by friends that we would be alarmed at the costs involved with running a BMW. From the minute that we purchased the car we took it to Auto Leaders Caloundra for all work, servicing and maintenance, and have thus far found it no more expensive to own that a number of Fords, Holden and other brands that we have had over the years. We have had several normal maintenance jobs performed on the car such as brakes, water pump, light bulbs etc., and even a major repair of a replacement torque converter fitted, however costs have been minimal due to the efforts of Ray Millar and his team. We have recommended them to friends for their servicing requirements, and will continue to have our BMW looked after by Auto Leaders Caloundra.Paul and Denise Trower
