Terrible service. No answer at CR store Southand, I rang head office to be told they are not answering their phone. I was then put through to customer service, a virtual assistant then put on hold for an eternity yo actually speak to someone in customer service. Total waste of time, this process took hours.Very disappointed with the poor service.

Have tried for an hour this morning to call Southland after 5 attempts and the call ringing out I called Head Office nothing they can do put me through to customer service....there was none a virtual person....really is this Customer Service. Tried again this afternoon 15 minutes of the same called Southland centre management apparently a comment in the background was they never answer the phone "Appalling Service. Well no service actually. Yes I have the correct number"

Poorest customer service. Long delivery period.I’ve purchased an item more than 11 working days ago, still waiting to Advise Where my order stopped shipping or potentially lost.First and no doubt last time ordering through country road.What quality can I expect from this organisation !
