Our burgers where cold. One wasn't cooked. The dine in area was disgraceful, so much for infection control. Kids doing their best. Needs senior control here. Kids can't look after kids it just turns into a mess. Chips were over salted, not good for the arteries, and neither is Hj's.

Visited twice to try new cheese butty burger and that's what I got lol. The amount of cheese is definitely not as in advertising where it's spilling out of the burger.The other day I actually got a burger with no cheese at all but at least I was informed they don't have cheese on that day.

The hungry Jacks manager was great.2 youths that should have been at school were discusting.1 spitting on the floor and the other started racial comments because he was aboriginal.I approahed the manager and she had them removed.

Managers are rude and the wait time was ridiculous and not knowing how much your order is is annoying when you need to transfer money around but nope not told till the end bery disappointed won't be coming back

Disappointing, i ordered 3 meals and all 3 burgers where made incorrectly. I called the store to see if I could take them back and get them remade. The manager didn't think it was necessary and his attitude was just be greatful you have food (he did agree that they where made incorrectly). The staff other then the manager were polite and mistakes happen, but due to this managers attitude towards customers I will not be going back.
