Access All Areas Training made it easy for me to complete my Basic Food Handling qualification and my Food Safety Supervisor Course! The website was easy to understand, and contacting a trainer was quick and they tended to my questions promptly. I asked for an extension beyond the 3 months, and they were able to help me with this also. On completing an assessment, it was reviewed and marked within less than 1 business day and I was able to continue to the next course. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars from a very happy customer and now fully qualified Food Safety Supervisor!

I found the course really useful because it helped me gain knowledge about the related Liquor laws in all states throughout Australia. The module was really helpful. I liked the video illustration of various real life scenarios that may be faced in a licensed venue. I had a great experience during the course and the best part was that the instructors would occasionally enquire about the progress of my course and would respond of my queries in a short time.

I was required to do a Supervisor's course in order to run my own business and I have to say that AAAT were very supportive. Wanda who answered my calls was very helpful and encouraging, cheering me on through a difficult course. Days when I almost gave up, Wanda encouraged me to keep going with much support.

Overall good experience. Some of the information and questions had grammatical errors that can easily be fixed. The interactive video part was the highlight of the course for me. Would highly recommend adding more of that in replacement of some of the written answer questions or MCQ’s as they the video gave me a great feel of what it is really like to work at a bar and to helped me prepare well for it.

I completed “Responsible Service of Alcohol”. I loved the flexibility of doing this coarse completely online. Being so long time since I studied it was harder and longer than expected. One of the tests required me to write answers in my own words, this was very challenging, but I felt afterwards it reinforced all the important knowledge. Most of it was fairly straightforward and easy. Highly recommended.

As a trainer myself, I am very critical when it comes to training...Resources were good, a tad wordy, but otherwise good.The assessments were well planned and implemented. A few questions can be worded a little differently, though?. I'm being picky... LOLThe training support was good, timely and efficientValue for money - goodOverall - very happy with the learning experienceI do recommend this course

For the most part, was brilliant!!!Just some websites change details and links I were given did not show me what I needed at times.Could just be me but was pretty sure 1 link definitely need to be fixed. But can't remember which sorry.Definitely 5 stars but links need to be checked on a routinely bases to make sure they are still useful.Thanks for all the help!Sincerely a very happy student.

I'm totally saddisfact of my experience with AAAT. I took online RSA valid for Victoria. The course shows outstanding quality, short but full of contents and materials. The support through the course was smart and always efficient. At least, the assessment was complete and careful.Absolutely recommended!
