Very rude and bad costumer service. I went there to print out few documents, charged way too more and when I asked why so expensive he lost his anger and refused any service for me. I wouldn’t never recommend anyone.

The owner is very rude.Don't go there.He lost my photo file that he took just 1 day before. And he charge me new photo price.He was angry and very rude because I said I needed it asap.I still don't know why he is angry and why he charge me that.Don't recommend at all

The guy here does an excellent job with his work. He's very good at what he does. Customer service can improve a little, but nothing bad enough to want to make me go to another place, can beat his quality of prints and editing.

Best place to do baby passport photo! My baby was crying as it was her first time, but he handled it like a pro, managed to get her attention to the camera and got the photo done in no time. Waited 30 mins for the print but that was fine, went to grab a coffee and came back.

I regret getting my car key batteries replaced here. After changing batteries my keys no longer worked and I was told that it was a new battery but will sometimes work and sometimes not! I can't have unreliable keys when it was working perfectly fine before! We put the old battery back and I returned the new" battery and asked for a refund but he would not give me a refund. I can understand that it's not his fault the battery doesn't work but it's not unreasonable to try another battery or give me a refund. $12 and one hour wasted."

This is the best place ever! The service is fantastic! The cute man/owner is so kind and will basically help you out as best as he can in every way. If he doesn't know he will find out for you! The prices are completely reasonable. I cannot recommend him enough!

Owner is rude and intentionally overcharged me knowing I had to print photos for a funeral. Don’t get ripped off!

In one word- rude. Find another place if you can.He doesn't speak English well and hence it's difficult to understand what he says. And when asked to repeat he is so rude and impatient. Saw him smile and be kind to a Korean family before us, while he showered all anger and rudeness over us. And he keeps repeating he is busy. We'll, we're paying him double for his time and service. There are so many other places where they offer excellent customer service. I'm not surprised to see so many bad reviews here.

I agree with the other reviews which talks about how rude the owner is.Went there to take a print of a photo I took with them just a few days before. The owner refused right away, denying that the photo was taken in their studio. I had to search and find the email they sent with the digital copy to prove that it was taken there. Don't know why this matters anyway, as I am paying extra to get prints.On to the next step, I wanted some minor adjustments in the photo dimensions. It was about cropping the existing photo to fit some standard specifications. Again he refused very rudely, and I was left confused as he was just cropping another photo in the computer as I entered the store. After responding rudely for a bit, he admited that he doesn't know and to come the next day when someone who knows better will be in the store. Why not say this to begin with?I'm surprised that they are still in business when Aus post is just a minute away, with much better service and similar or cheaper prices.
