A.B.C.D.O.G Dog Training

I have used A.B.C.D.O.G’s services numerous times throughout the last few years for two different dogs and have always been thoroughly blown away by both Jess’s knowledge and the results I’ve seen in my dogs. I’ve had her around for private sessions in my home, have attended her puppy preschool, have completed the Beyond Basics course twice and now attend weekly classes with her. She’s able to teach complex dog training principles in a way that is easy to understand and apply in your own life. She’s professional, authentic, and approachable and she makes training with your dog a really fun and positive experience. Her philosophy towards dog training is based on rewards and building a good relationship between you and your dog, and it’s also something that is easy to apply with simple to follow instructions. She helped me through a very difficult time with one dog, and has taught me so much about my other dog, who gets so excited to see Jess when we turn up to class. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jess enough for any dog issues, big or small!

Jess is excellent and I can’t reccommend her enough! Her professionalism, knowledge and patience helped me to navigate the challenges that a new furbaby brings with ease and confidence. Had a great experience with A.B.C.D.O.G! Jess did some sessions with my family’s Golden Retriever when he was showing some undesirable behaviours (chewing all day long for one thing) and she showed us how to him out of a very difficult stage. So knowledgable and really worth the investment as his behaviour is so much better now. Couldn’t recommend more!

Absolutely AmazingJess is passionate about her work, truly cares about her clients (furry and flesh) and is in my opinion, the best in the business. Her techniques are safe and well researched and easy to implement.We initially saw Jess for our reactive and anxious 13yo GS x Kelpie. We were provided with great skills to support our dog, one on one sessions enabled Jess to observe and helped to learn to read our dog better in situations and be better advocates for our dogs mental health and well-being. We can now walk our dog without her lunging at other dogs and has even made friends with other dogs on walks.We have also attended all puppy classes run by Jess for our now 1yo GS and extra classes for continued learning for us and our dog.Jess is amazing at what she does and goes above and beyond the call of duty for our dogs.Thank you Jess for your continuous education in all things dogs ❤️

It would be hard to find anyone more qualified (actual academic qualifications) and experience (years of training professionally) than Jess. She is a wonderful trainer and coach. You and your dog could not be in better hands. Her classes are fun, practical and set you and your dog up for life.

I have used ABCDog, Jess, many times. Jess has helped me with different dogs and different issues with dedication, never going to a “go to” plan, but always looking carefully at the many facets affecting behaviour. She communication is precise and accurate, often verbal flowed by written advise. I also have gone on her monthly walks, with my reactive dog and I have found the walks fun, and well run, and although informal they are well supported by Jess.
