Service agent was very knowledgeable and able to answer my queries. Perhaps coming from staff training or experience, but happy to obtain answer needed. I think this business will rock if they expand to bigger premisis and more people. 4 weeks for simple service seems little long.9/10 for service received. (1 deducted for not receiving sms message due to IT errors when vehicle was ready to be picked up)

Worst communication and customer experience.Booked my MG for the first service, worst communication to get any confirmation on it. To add, after finishing service, no call to confirm if the car is ready for Pick up. When I call at 4:30 to chase, I'm told to come before 5; if not, there will be no one to give your car. Understand the timings, when I ask why was I not called before when car was ready, repeat answer (totally ignoring my question) come before 5 else no one will be there. After requesting them that I'll do my best to reach in 30 mins in peak traffic, please stay as I do need the car - same repeat comment (totally ignoring my request) come before 5 else no one will be here and we will lock the doors.I did reach on time only to find that car's issue has not been resolved and it drives the same even after paying for the service.Not going back every again.Please Treat your customers with respect and empathy. And it's OK to make mistakes (when you say you will call when car is ready, call me) please acknowledge and empathise with your customers.Thank you. I'll take my business (small as it may be for you) elsewhere.

So many issues don’t know where to start?I was hoping new management would be better than previous one but I was mistaken.They are absolutely terrible especially the so called manager accused me of recoding them and refused to give my car back to me

Terrible place to deal with - Rung 3 times during the week to try book a service in - each time got told someone will call me back soon - 6 days later - not 1 phone call has been returned, got through to service reception today and mentioned this - was told 'oh we were understaffed' Wow ok if you are so busy and understaffed that you can't return calls in 6 days just say that call backs and booking services in, is not possible until we get more staff instead of of the continuous lying about someone calling me back soon then. Wait times to book something in are also extensive. Over 1 month+.

I had service at lest almost every 10000 km I have 3 cars from them . I booked service online they called me and said their online appointment software not update . I have issue with engine light my car just not even 2 yrs old so far . They don’t have time to even look the car. Still I am not blaming company I think so service centre staff need be change or relocate .

A relative of mine bought an Mg and i refuse to ride in . The vehicle not even one year old ( circa 20k ) and the steering wheel shudders when braking ( hairy you tube link in the pipeline )This.is a potential disaster for a new inexperienced road userIn 15 years my nissan has used nothing but consumablesMy 5 year old corolla is a virgin untouched by a spannerLesson .... The new management and team there at the service centre where so wonderful and helpful and did an amazing job doing a screen warranty repair job. Very friendly and honest and it was a delight to bring my car there to get the job done. Thanks team. Regards Dejan Gajic

Very bad customer service!! They all are robots that work just based on the books (doesn't make sense if you just own a NEW CAR for less then 6 MONTHS but some parts category as wear and tear for that SHORT period of time). Very Money orientated business from our point of view.

The car was ready faster than expected. The staff kept me very well informed of other issues that need to be addressed in future services. Jody was very helpful and quick to have answers to any other questions I had about the car also. I will definitely use them again!!

Make sure you book. Prompt service and will go through details of what is done, also will call ahead if there are extra concerns.
