I have been registered with Matchworks Merrylands and I am very happy with their services. Very professiona and understanding. With their support I have found work.

Far from impressed. I managed to secure a job interview in Perth, paid for a ticket over with my Newstart, informed Centerlink, tried to inform this lot before I travelled only to be given the run around with phone calls not returned for 5 days, and then they decide to cancel my payments because I could not attend their office in person, which means no ticket back to Sydney. So much for supposedly being there to help people gain work. Thanks to them I am stranded in Perth with no way of getting back. When I told them this they said it couldn't be helped.

Would not even give this dump of a place any stars. This place is highly unrecommended. I would not even consider the workers here to be 'professionals' if anything, they are very useless, uneducated and have very basic skills and knowledge in the industry that they work in. The staff here are very rude, very arrogant and judgemental. They belittle you and think that they're better than you when in reality, they're really not.One time, I overheard them saying that the people who come into the agency are basically drop kicks and bludgers, when in reality they're the ones who are bludging from their jobs acting the way that they do.I got a full-time salary position not because of them, but because of me. I found the job on my own and not sorry to say that I'm earning more than they are and have a reputable position than they do yet they belittled me when I came into their office. How the tables have turned.They don't even help you find a job, that's how useless they are. I don't even understand the point of this stupid agency, why they even exist and how those workers are even hired. Truly sad.Word of advice: don't bother with this dump.

If there is less than one star i would've rated this place , worst agency and worst staff they have no respect and they deal with the job seekers with a dry manner. Guys check the reviews before before considering joining this agency .

I would highly recommend Match work " Merrylands west as their services are great and specialist to needs of the clients. I have been registered with "Match work" Merrylands west. I find staff to be friendly and professional Specially my case manager Shilpa and Ahmad who have gone above and beyond to help me find employment. I am currently working and I am grateful to the staff who help me in my employment journey."

Omg, they are sooooooo rude not just one all of them.Their job is *Service* (The action of helping someone) but instead they think like they are the company owner or act like they are in a military basis. They are Not just helping us but instead gives us a hard time when you call them.The shitest service you will ever get from a a service group.

One star is a gift but non deserving.A staff member is an Indian lady with absolutely rides behaviour.Other options available like Auburn Job Active etc.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Worst experience I've ever had!! Workers are mostly Indian and super rude it's so hard to understand them. I won't recommend this place to anyone especially Shilpa! If you don't want any headeche justfind somewhere else if you can't change your place then good luck with these devils.

I wish there was a “no star” rating as I feel that would be more suiting. My father who is their client struggles with this place. He speaks no English so I’m usually the correspondence. However, the reception never picks up the phone, never replies to emails, the assigned case manager is the most unprofessional lady who also NEVER replies to emails to reachable by phone.She always makes me feel some sort of discrimination against my father. Anyway, she’s no where to be seen or contactable, even when my father goes to the office to find her, he gets told to go home by reception?The case manager by the name of S.N still owes my father 2-3 gift vouchers for his work equipment expenses (for the job that HE found himself), something he is entitled to. However, when my father asked after many failed attempts to meet with S.N, they said it’s expired and that they ripped it, pretty much took away his entitlement. Till this day, we still can’t get a hold of the reception OR this case mananger.My father and I wishes to be transferred to another employment place but since she’s never to be seen, it’s very hard to even that process started.

I have a client of matchworks in the past and with thr assistant of Ahmad and his team i have started work and every time i have questions and need help they are always available to help me i highly recommend Matchworks services to everyone. Very professional and helpful
