Unfortunately the worst IT experience I have encountered to date. It has taken 2 months to have my laptops camera fixed and since its been repaired I cannot get into my laptop. 3 days of emails and calls and No response. Highly recommend you go with another service provider.

These guys don’t care about where they are. That’s why they get a leaf blower in for 8 hours on a Saturday while all the surrounding residents have to put up with that loud noise while we’re all trying to relax. Why don’t you do that during work hours? Why do we have to put up with that noise all day?! Make it during the week please! A lot of people work all week and we have families. Relaxing on a Saturday is something we look forward to. But not when you guys have the leaf blower out from 8-4.

These guys are not collaborative at all and they don't listen to your opinions even though you're the client! After they get their fat paycheck, but they are yet to deliver the work, the partnership is out the window, and they're there to rort you of more cash. Avoid at all costs.
