The first point of contact in this company was great( Michael Gold Coast branch) but the after sales and warranty is a scam- they willMake up any excuse too not warrant the product so they can charge out their service fee at $180 call out. They won’t warrant the product because they simply don’t get paid by any one too. Buyer beware and utilise another company before your next. I am not the first reviewer with a similar story and they are experts in passing off their responsibilities....

Really happy with the team from Automatic Solutions from their advice during the design right through to showing me how it operated. Would use them again and highly recommend.

Googled this company as needed to replace the existing electric motor on our gate , they had a great tech out the next day and the whole job was sorted in less than a week. Great company , great product and awesome tech -well done -very happy and will recommend

I contacted Patrick the Salesperson at Securagate in Brisbane and he was very professional in his dealings with us. I liked the fact that they do a complete turnkey product where I don't have to look at doing the pre works for my electronic gate. Its all set to be delivered and installed all within the six week plan so I am very happy:)

The team at nerang have gone out of their way to deliver an excellent product in as timely a fashion as possible. From building a high quality gate from a bespoke design to repairs due to lightning strike they have come through every time.

Michael at the Nerang branch is so lovely to deal with. We bought our electric self install gate through him which was nice and easy. Michael has since helped me with extra remotes & keys. Always goes the extra mile and always at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this company.

Good morning MichaelI wish to advise that i am very unhappy with the so called service that I received from your company. The service man who attended was very friendly and courteous BUT he did nothing to fix the problem with the gate and motor. He advised me to put ant powder and moth balls in the motor and told me that my finger nails were stopping the gate from working - actually that may have been correct but my husband and the rest of the family do not have long nails and their remotes don't work properly either.I have now had to have another company come to attend the the faults and pay them as well.I am very unsatisfied with your service.Yours faithfullyJenny Anderson
