POP-UP SCENT LAB

Really disappointed and feel disrespected with the lack of communication. I purchased a $150 gift voucher to use at the Maylands location for my sister and I. Soon after they closed the Maylands location and now only operate from the Hillarys location which is too far for us to attend the workshop. Considering their conditions had changed since I purchased the voucher I reached out to see if they could provide a refund via their web chat. After being given false hope and an optimistic 'We'll look in to it and get back to you' it took several follow ups to get any response. Finally when I did I was offered a candle making kit instead of a refund.. not ideal but considering how long it took to get a response I accepted. Several weeks went by and no candle making kit arrived so I followed up to ask if there was a tracking number. Again no response so I reached out via phone and text where I continue to be ignored... this has gone on over months now...very disappointing but will see if consumer protection has any advice

Tracey and the whole team were lovely and very friendly! The venue was at a great location, a little small for such a large group (20+) but still fantastic and right next door to a cafe and lolly shop so I won't complain. We were given all the materials we needed including vessels, wax, scents, colours and decorations for the top. I thought it was excellent value for money and Mum absolutely loved her surprise gift experience. Will definitely be back for a soap class!
