As an overseas customer and not familiar with the area, I am impressed with the way Emily guided me through the process, including sending emails, messages and a phone call to ensure I was comfortable about finding the location and the logistics. Emily, Kyle and the whole team were absolutely amazing to deal with. Excuse the pun but they engaged me early on after I had made the booking to discuss the initial logistics of the picnic. They provided me with a list of great restaurants as my partner and I are from Canberra and were new to the area.They answered any emails I sent promptly and in the week leading up to the big day they contacted me almost daily to keep me updated, introduce me to the photographer and answer any last minute questions. The photographer was equally amazing, instructing me via text where to stand to get the best shot.A last minute weather change was still no match for them as they notified me first thing in the morning that the location would be changing due to excessive wind. The new location was absolutely perfect with the sun shining and a perfect lookout over the river and a Cat excavator clearing the bank..the binoculars provided allowed me to watch it with ease much to my new fiancés disgust.I can not recommend blue mountain picnics enough. Thankyou so much for an unforgettable moment in my life.

I definitely recommend Kyle, Emily and the team at Blue Mountains Picnics. Their communication and organisation was amazing. They were extremely flexible and took the stress away from us. Our guests loved the intimacy of the ceremony and said the day went perfectly. I cannot thank Blue Mountains Picnics enough and I would definitely use their business in the future.

It was stress free and beautiful, I would definitely recommend. I do suggest double checking everything if it is done a couple of days prior as I had to put in all guests and their contact details on the morning of for insurance purposes. Such a lovely location for beautiful pictures. Turn around of pictures is amazing and so is the photographer Melinda. Our celebrant Sue was very accomodating to our shyness and made our moment very special.
