They sold me a tablet that didn't work told me they could fix the problem when they couldn't fix it and no replacement they told me I would have to pay more, They didn't offer to replace it or a discount on the next closest option.. whole heartedly disappointed with the company and the staff

Do not buy games from here! I bought two Xbox games and they both didn't work - couldn't even install them. They don't test their games, so you are just wasting your time. Never had such problems from other game stores like EB games or JB Hi-fi.

It takes them 20 minutes to sell 1 person a couple of dvds off the shelf. If they make enough money to pay all the staff, they have to be a front

Staff were great. Visited this store today, I usually go to the Loganholme store but this store was showing an item I wanted in stock so I made the drive down. I don't usually write reviews but when I used google maps to find the store I noticed it only had 3/5 stars which is by no means fair.

Amazing store! Has just about every game, console or movie you could ever dream of. Traded in my old PS2 and Xbox 360 with a few games for store credit with a lovely lady who made the process so easy.

I have personally seen Scott, the manager, several times treat the staff with appalling behaviour, completely unacceptable. His own staff. Ew. I left quickly, but really feel for these employees. In the past they went above and beyond for me, but now it's all business. Lost a customer.

Has a variety of phones and console games. Second hand items. Many items are A-grade, but shop around as there is sometimes little difference between what they are selling and new. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had heard horror stories of getting a refund at cex (not just a store credit voucher, which is their policy).My son bought an iPhone yesterday, once we got home he found a fault in the camera...after we had been assured the day before there were no issues with it on purchase. We returned to the store today, they tested the phone, found the fault and refunded the cash and apologised for missing the error.To be honest I expected we'd be up for a fight to get the cash back going off pretty much every review online, but the management and staff of the Helensvale store, managed it professionally with a great outcome, much appreciated!
