So they show up in site at the neighbouring building being built at 6am on a Saturday morning yelling and laughing as they are working onsite. I go out and ask them to please keep it down and he tells me “oh sorry we aren’t supposed to start work until 8am” then goes back to yelling and laughing with work mates as I try to put my young child back to bed with radio blasting, swearing, yelling at one another, and banging around more than tools. Just unprofessional.

Nathan came out to replace a gas hot plate, that had been there for over 27yrs. He was punctual, polite and efficient. The job required cutting out the benchtop to make the new cooktop fit without any fuss. The installation was done quickly and left very little mess. Nathan even cleaned up and took the old cooktop and packaging away for us.Fantastic service, done with a smile and ease! We would definitely use Aqua Tap Plumbing again and recommend.

Absolutely appauling customer service especially in the maintenance team. They are happy to complete the job and get paid but once it comes to after care or issues they dont like addressing. I would avoid at all costs, dealing with them has been nothing but stressfulEDIT TO THE OWNER- AQUA PLUMBINGEDIT TO OWNER- Will gladly make contact with you on monday- who should i ask for? Wont find a job file because i couldnt get past your maintenance lady to book an appointment because as i said - the aftercare and the way things have been handled bave been stressfull and appauling
