Thought our family would pop in for an early lunch today and I'm so glad we did! Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, super fast service, delicious mouth watering food, we can't wait to come back to try more of the menu!

We ordered take away so atmosphere wasn’t something to rate. We thoroughly enjoyed our Thai food from Grinders, especially the King Prawn in Tamarin sauce!! Wow!

Grinders Espresso Bar and Thai
Unfortunately not a great experience. Coffee great, staff friendly but that's where it ends. Admittedly they were very busy but after 1 and a half hour wait for our food it was beyond a joke. Order lost so retaken then 30 minutes later good arrives and very disappointed with what I had. Hopefully it was a one off for them as we were not the only disgruntled customers. That's how I saw it, cheers

Looked promising, as do most of the episodes on Kitchen Nightmares.Gordon would be well suited to visit this establishment.We ordered and waited well over an hour for our food to arrive. Unfortunately the staff seemed fairly clueless to breakfast operations.They should stick to Thai.The food was 5/10, definitely not worth the wait.Recommendation? Go elsewhere for brekky

This is one of the best cafe's I've been to in the past year. The food is great, the service is amazing and the vibe and space is also brilliant. The entire experience was great, and I would recommend it to any tourists and locals.

The only strength I can comment on was the omelette. Other than this every aspect of my experience here was poor. Food came after more than an hours wait with staff sleeping behind the counter with no knowledge of what’s on the menu. Struggled to receive a refund as staff were too zoned out to communicate. If theres more than 5 people sitting inside expect an hours wait for a cheese toasty.

3rd place we stopped in, as my daughter has allergies. Previous cafes were honest in they couldn't cater. Spoke to staff here at Grinders, who were happy to help and support my daughter in her dietary requirements. My daughter loves the food and drink made.

Have had the Eggs Benedict with a side of Avocdo. It is huge and very tasty. I cant wait to have the Thai at lunch time, I know the Chicken Pad See Ew is amazing.

Grinders Espresso Bar and Thai
Excellent authentic Thai dinner dishes. They took us in when we came at 8PM and they were doing last orders. The dishes were well-seasoned and decently priced. We were all very satisfied with our order and the service was great. Food did take a bit longer than usual, but well worth the wait. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Thai, run by a small Thai family.

Poor is an understatement, we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes and the food still hadn't arrived, this is despite going up several times to ask where the food was? I can't rate the food as I requested a refund and left !Coffee took 20+ minutes to arrive and was ok but just ok.The cafe appears more set up to be a Thai restaurant, and that may be good, but on our visit, the service was appalling, and there were plenty of other guests in the same position!
