Found this business in a google search for an 24volt inverter. I was really happy to see they have a physical building to pick up and look at the products. It’s in an industrial area of Acacia Ridge at a rather large warehouse, very helpful and knowledgeable staff to help and I was able to collect my item without the nightmare of Christmas Couriers/ freight companies ruining the experience.

I just wanted to write a quick review and say thank you to the team at Acacia Ridge. I have been there a couple of times and always had a great experience but today was the best.I had an issue with my water pump. First off, I want to say how great it is to be able to physically walk into a shop and look at products instead of buying things sight unseen over the internet. Makes me feel more confident with the product that I'm purchasing. I took the pump back to the store and met Matt who was an absolute legend to deal with. He didn't hassle me or ask 100 questions.. He looked at the pump and replaced it with a new one. He noticed I had shopped there a bit before which made me feel like they really pay attention to their customers and made me feel valued.Everyone who worked at that shop has great attitude and super friendly. It is quite refreshing to walk into a business and not get hassled to buy something or meet someone who doesn't want to be there. Whatever is happening to keep morale high at that shop is working.I have always shopped with KickAss but after my pleasant experience there today, KickAss will always have a loyal customer.Good work team!
