FBI Gaming Centre Burwood

If you speak/read any other languages other then Chinese then avoid this place at all costs. I'm posting this review so you don't fall victim to what myself and my friends went through.. it's a clean and tidy netcafe but everything and I mean everything is in Chinese! The staff don't speak any English so there literally no help at all. We paid $3 for 1hr.. after all the fustration probably 15 minutes of troubleshooting trying to figure out what the hecks going on we decided to call it quits and asked for a refund because everything was unplayable/impossible to find. The staff member refused to refund us! After all the troubles we went through we settled on a $2 refund.. honestly we had the worst experience.. never ever again..

Either the keyboard is broken or the mouse is. Internet is very slow and it took 30 minutes to get in the game.

First time visiting a gaming centre, I really really enjoyed the gaming computers curved monitors. High speed internet!!! 8ping on League of Legends 150+fps on highest settings! The room is dark so there is no light reflecting on the screens. The staff was very helpful and it’s such a good price, only $3 an hour. A wide selection of drinks are available to purchase and some snacks.I was worried that all the computers will be in Chinese as I only speak English, but I was relieved the computers are in English.Great quality mouses, mousepads, headsets and keyboards. Chairs are pretty comfortable.A really good experience being here and I’ll definitely come back more.

A bit dirty, and the headsets are... hmm. It's fine, but I didn't like it the few times I've been. 3 bucks an hour a day drinks aren't too pricey

Spent an hour trying to get in game.Apex wouldn't install.League wasn't installed.Valorant kept crashing while loading and mid game.Some desks were dirty.

Absolute trash PCs. League of legends wasn’t even installed, valorant froze every 10 seconds. How is it possible to not have league installed? Paid for two hours and didn’t end up playing a single game. We left an hour in.

It was very loud but me and the boys had a good time. My friend (Dino) didn't have a fun time playing valorant but that's he switched to siege but unfortunately didn't get the wW. However me and my other teammate (J) got the W in R6 but my performance was more of a carry.. got one kill 1st round but lacked overall for the rest of the match. (Bethany) didn't quite enjoy being in close proximity to the toilet but he swallowed some concrete and got over it. We started playing a csgo match but got tired out as we only played for two hours. Overall good experience.

Paid for 2 hours and couldn't play a single game. Had to sit and install games first. Games would crash while loading and mid game. Cannot play Valorant at all. Apex takes more than 1 year to download.Only trust GeekStar!!

Dirtiest bathrooms I have ever seen in my life. Asked to used hand sanitiser cause bathroom had no soap, worker said he can’t let me use it cause “privacy for coworker who owns the sanitiser”. The desks were littered with soda cans and wrappers, and the mouse and keyboard felt crusty. Would not recommend.

Decent I guess. $3 an hour, 1440p 144Hz monitor. They were also like 30 inches or something which was a bit disorienting because I’d have to move my mouse more, and move my chair further from the monitor. However the keyboard i used had a macro on the “[“ key that spammed the whole right side of the keyboard. I could’ve switched but I didn’t feel like explaining to staff, as when I came in he was playing MTG on his phone, and kinda sounded unenthusiastic. Mouse DPI switches between ~400, and 1000/1200, and you have to adjust in game sens. They have i5-7500 processors which caused lag spikes during Overwatch 2, so I’m not sure you can play too many games. All in all, I guess you could check around somewhere else and come back here if you really need somewhere to play.
