Melisi built my partners house, we're now a little under 1.5 years in since completion, and it hasn't collapsed yet! I'd say that would be primarily due to adequate design and construction as a result of Melisi and their chosen contractors doing their job to an appropriate standard, while maintaining legal and council standards, and even ensuring it doesn't look trash, or feel garbage to live in.Great moves, Melisi - keep it up, proud of u.

Being in the construction industry for many years I’ve worked with a lot of builders and in my experience Melisi Homes would undoubtedly be one of the best.No doubt building a home can be a stressful process but at Melisi homes their staff and high quality standards with many years experience make it a pleasant experience.

My wife and I built our first home through Melisi Homes and it was an absolute pleasure. It was fantastic dealing with one person through out the whole build; even better when that one person is the owner. Any queries or problems was dealt with swiftly and with little issue. He was patient with my numerous questions & it was reassuring to have the actual builder on the end of the phone at any time. Rob was fantastic to work with on our build; he responded very quickly to emails and was happy to accommodate our changes along the way. He got us through the worst possible time to be building a new home with updates and moving the build along as quickly as possible and we can’t fault him and appreciate all the work he did to get us in to our new place. The house itself is great, we’ve found no major issues in the first three months of living there and any minor things we’ve picked up on Rob has responded to quickly.
