Had a good experience with L&S. Loved my single bedroom unit, was perfect for me. Thank you Dean & team for the last one year. The receptionist Toula is very friendly and helpful. They fixed my issues when I needed them. Wish I could’ve stayed there longer. Thank you anyway.

Dean and his team have been managing our rental property for several years. Dean has always been proactive in reaching out when there are issues or with suggestions on how to get the best tenants in the quickest timeframe. He always keeps us posted on rental progress and shares his expert opinion around the rental market trend. He is very responsive and easy to deal with.

I'm a renter. All the good reviews are from landlords. We were ideal tenants for three years - Laing + Simmons still tried to bully us into professionally cleaning the apartment. When we didn't, they claimed we needed to come back and remove a single dead bug (not even joking) as well as some other small things which were not necessary. We went above and beyond by steam cleaning the carpets and scrubbing the walls. The place was sparkling. When I informed them the place was very much clean to our legal requirements and I expected the bond back- they ghosted my emails. Hilarious. Expect the usual shady landlord nonsense (door and fly screens were never fixed, despite emails about it). Disappointing.Edit with regards to response: You are taking us to tribunal. FUTURE RENTERS PLEASE NOTE- they send you a cleaning checklist that threatens to delay your bond if you don't sign it. You don't have to sign it. It contains a prohibited term ( steam cleaning carpets). Don't let them bully you.

Tennant here.Had to consider really long before deciding to post this. I dislike posting bad reviews, but here are the facts.Said they would clean the place before we moved in, they didn't.The cockroach carcasses from the inspection were still there.Fine.I cleaned the whole house the night I moved in.They only had one main building and house key for the two of us tennants. They said they would have it for us the next day. Took them more than a month to give us the second main building key after a whole month of constant chasing.We had to pay to get the second house key made even though they said we could claim it back from them, they didn't do it.They tricked my flatmate in paying the moving out cleaning fee even though they didn't clean when we moved in.They sent the invoice to only him and not to both tennants.If you are a tennant, save yourself the pain.

We had an excellent experience with Nick, Dean and the team over the 30 years collaboration in buying, renting and recently selling our property with an outstanding result. Our trust in their skills and professionalism has paid off and we were very happy with the results . We would unreservedly recommend them to future prospective clients.

I have a good experience form my agent (Dean) and the staff (Bianca) at Laising+Simmons to lease my apartment. They are helpful in moving to there. They have a quick response regarding the issues about the apartment.

Approx 20 people showed up at unit 6/20 addison street for rental inspection at 12pmThe agent never show up, no notice or calls have been given to us, they wasted 30 minutes from 20 different people.Tried call agent, nobody picking up the phone, called the company themselves, they had no clue where the agent is.Nice prank Laing+simmons, you deserve a 1 star.
