Me and my partner had the worst experience during the initial consultation and drafting of what we wanted. Everything was taken down what we were looking for, the drafts then come back completely different so 6 revisions had to be done before we even got the plan we gave them and said this is what we are looking for. All through it, the budget was mentioned and confirmed the plan would be within budget. Get to plan 6 and we say no more until we actually get a number which came back $50k over the budget to begin with. A big waste of time and money. Promising the world and delivery pittance.

Do not recommend this builder. Not only do they lie to your face but also cannot deliver what is being requested. Typical builder moto - just get them in and take what you can. When it isn't as described, all you can do is move on to better things but they dont honor anything they say. Terrible experience over weeks of wasted time. Was only interested in getting the PPA money.

GJ Gardner have not actioned my request to take down there ad on our Block of land. We are NOT offering there services or products. We have emailed them over 5 times, rang over 6 times without any action - this is over a 2 month period. If this is the standard of operations good luck with building with them !! C King Perth
