OZ at autobarn was fantastic, very helpful and fixed my car issue at a fair price. Regarding the issue he made time for me in his busy schedule. Where other big auto centers just did not care. Autobarn values safety and great service for their clients. I will be coming here from now. Thank you very much.

I think this shop is the best for accessories. The service is brilliant and the staff know where everything is. I go in the afternoon when it’s not busy and I’m in and out quickly.

I took back some headlights that failed after a few months and were told they wouldn't honor the warranty. Management was rude and refused to help in anyway. Drove over to Supercheap across the road and had a much better experience. I will never shop at Autobarn again.

Ordered an air filter and was told that it will be available by Monday. Called them on Monday and my order is not yet available. Told them that I need that air filter by the end of the week as I am travelling to Victoria next Monday. They reassured that my order will be available by the end of the week, and will contact.Sunday, a day before I travel, I followed up my order and it is not available. Staff tried to look for it and cannot find it. Staff explained to me that my order may be on the bottom of the newly-arrived packages and they cannot do anything to get it for me until Tuesday. Reminded them that I will be leaving Monday and I was offered a refund. I was disappointed because I need a new air filter before travelling. Staff redirected me to Autobarn Enoggera to pick up my order there. Disappointed on how they handled my order and wasted my time.

Excellent, quick and efficient customer service. Called in and staff was very helpful with identifying the right parts and had the item ready when I arrived.
