APM Employment Services - Nerang

I have only been to two job providers: the NORTEC and APM (being the current one). Based on what I have experienced, they both are very similar in the sense that both try to find you a job, or some kind of relevant training or apprenticeship to improve your skills, or learn new skills. In my case, it's a short course in Business Administration. The only difference I found though was the exceptional customer service I receive from Mr. Rick Lord for each appointment I attend. He's a good listener, very sympathetic. He does not judge, and he really tries to find all the relevant avenues I can go to, to help my chances of acquiring a job. He's always pleasant to talk to, very decent. This is why I give APM/Rick Lord 5stars!

If I could provide them with a 0 I would.I have been contacted relentlessly for the same set up appointment that I have already been too.Each time I attend they advise I shouldn’t be there.Today was my last straw when I was Abused by a team member who claims she has been there 10 years and that I’m all on the wrong. She then proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence.These people should not be in support of helping people find work, they would be providing a negative experience to any potential employer.What a joke.

I was introduced to them by a friend. The employment consultant i used is fine. Keeps me posted. They did find me a job within weeks. No complaints here. Tony

Go here if you want to be lied to. This company will use Centrelink as an excuse to get you to do things that aren't even required from Centrelink. They are easily the worst job seeker company I have ever dealt with! They lie and try to intimidate you all the time. I'd trust criminals more than these people.

Rick Lord has been such a helpful representative of ASM I simply couldn't recommend him any higher. His been superb in assisting me with employment. In addition, he has been an amazing support person to have during my adversity.Best regards,Pablo

I am a friend of someone who has been appointed to Stephanie. I am positively astounded by the extent Stephanie has gone to to help him in any way that she can. She continues to go above and beyond to support him, and to say that her work is appreciated is an understatement. Thank you!

Very horrible experience at Nerang Centre. Double booking happens again and again! When we arrived at 9am on time for our appointment, they took another gentleman who was supposed to have a meeting at 9:30am! We have been told from the manager at least
