We didn’t get to use this facility, as coming from the north, on the Pacific Hwy ( while in need of a comfort stop) we didn’t see any road signs ( other than several for Ballina town ) for the Service Centre. We went into town, used the Bicentennial Gardens facilities, and after 8 km detour, got back onto Pacific Highway to see the one and Only sign for the Service Centre. Surely the relevant highways NSW Department could put a Service Centre advisory sign at least 10 kms north of it! Thank you Graham W

Bad customer service. The middle aged man working at the counter was creepy, glaring out the window the entire time as I filled up and washed my windows, then was incredibly rude when I paid. I have just moved to the area and will be avoiding this place going forward.

The customer service from Ricky was atrocious and insulting !!! I had stood to the side of the queue to allowed other customers who had purchased fuel to go ahead of me as I wanted to by food. Ricky in a rude and insulting voice said “ You has better stand in line if you want to be served !! “Now “Ricky” as a paying customer you should show some bloody respect and as I was allowing fuel purchases to go ahead realise this and pull your head out of your backside. Perhaps some re-training is required or quit if you don’t like your job.Everyone else I have dealt with in this service station is TOP NOTCH. J

one of the worst customer service person i have dealt with in the resent times is the woman behind the BP counter didn't get her name impatient and rude, calling over the loudspeaker for us to come and pay we were finishing off washing window and just checking load no one was behind waiting so what was her problem i think she just like the sound of her own voice ....she could clearly see us at the car from the counter .....i would not be stopping there again ....

The customer service guy took ages to come out of the back and when he did he looked stoned out of his mind. He then charged me the wrong pump and didn't know how to refund it. After finally figuring it out he refunded me the wrong amount. The owner needs to do some reviewing of the staff here cause I certainly ain't coming back and no one I know will either after this little experience.

Very rude man by the name of greg behind the counter. I live and work here and have numerous company vehicle's and frequent this servo often. Never had an issue with any other employee. I don't have enough space to list the amount of rudeness that has come out of this mans mouth over the years. For Christ's sake bp sack this man for you would be loosing thousands in repeat business.

Diesel Driveway is always slippery. Nozzles working badly. Potential for a slipping hazard, would strongly suggest a OH S person to assess this service station.
