FRAUD AND SCAMMER..selling old laptops as a brand new.He also have a store on eBay as entique systems where he sell old refurbished laptops as a brand new.He is a fraud stay away as he will not take returns and tell you return never received at his end and will not refund you moneyWhoever has been victims of him please contact tribunal or Australia consumer affairs in your state and report himI have already report himstay safe and stay away from this fraud.

Avoid this guy at all costs. We took him to court after escalating our issues through the correct processes (ACC) Finally the court ordered us a full refund. He outright lies and doesn't follow Australian law for returns. Our laptop was advertised as new and clearly wasn't and never worked, would not charge. It was also advertised as having features that it didn't.

This guy is on eBay and is a scammer.He sells laptops as Brand New and they are refurbished or secondhand. The laptop I ordered arrived Dead on Arrival (the screen didn’t work). It was obviously not Brand New. The packaging was dodgy. The laptop was moving loosely inside the box. No documentation or tax invoice was provided. When I entered the serial number into the Lenovo website it said that the warranty had expired. Brand New I don’t think so. Stay away from Entique Systems!

Terrible experience. Brought a brand new Toshiba laptop in October 2016 for $1,275. It only lasted for 4 months. The laptop could not switch on in Feb 2017. Entique refused to refund or repair the laptop.

Buyer beware. Avoid at all costs. He sells secondhand laptops from overseas advertised as new. I purchased a laptop and only found out when I called the manufacturer that it was secondhand from overseas. Can’t get parts. Now going through the hassle of getting a refund through my bank. Google the business name and you’ll see other people have been caught out by his scams since 2007.

Bought a toshiba laptop for study and work purposes and it works beautifully! I managed to save so much money and the service was great aswell! I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family!

I bought a HP Dell Lenovo laptop off entique stystems over 5 months ago and have had absolutley no problems with it!I saved quite a bit of money buying it from this buiness, and I definitely dont regret it.Overall the condition of the laptop was excellent, and the service was great.Will be buying again.

Bought a laptop from them. Was not as described in the advert. Claimed that it was brand new and in original packaging. There was no such packaging. When I opened up the parcel, the laptop was wrapped in bubble wrap and the charger cable was just thrown in, not to mention it looked dirty. I don't know of any company that simply gives there products to customers in bubble wrap and forgoes any form of packaging.
