The Man at the Oxley store was honest and helpful. I had tried to purchase via market advertisement but the person on the other end was obviously very green and did not have the skills to close a saleMy advice is deal in store and like me be happy with your purchase experience.

Awful service. Delivery charge was 120$ and we missed the call and they charged another 120$ for delivery. Such awful service haven’t seen anywhere in the world before. Other shops are so flexible in delivery service. This place is so dreadful . Don’t buy furniture from here. Worst customer service ever seen in any shop.

Staff are helpful and willing to explore items in detail. It’s the second time I’ve purchased a sofa from Johnnys and both occasions were seamless - they are transparent on lead times for the products to arrive and their freight price is fair. If you’re wanting a good rate though, compare their online price to their instore price as I’ve noticed they don’t match which is fair as online is not paying wages and rent lol

Worst customer service experience. Promise you everything, happy to take your money , give you a time that it would be delivered.Then add another 3 weeks on to the time. And us contacting them. The excuses they give or lack of. Can’t believe they are in business. Staff are rude example Bruce and Kay. Don’t shop at Oxley. If they don’t have it in stock there and the don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else. Got more to say but what is the point. Won’t ever go back.
