Oceanside was my property manager for over three years, only ending when I sold. Living away from Perth, I needed an excellent and caring Property Manager and Oceanside has been wonderful to work with. They were extremely professional and responsive and always returned calls. The maintenance work was also done to a high standard.The monthly reports, property inspection reports and annual income & expenses reports were detailed, easy to understand and promptly suppliedWould absolutely recommend Oceanside.

I listed my property for sale with Oceanside, was listed for more than 6 weeks with little or no feedback, finally found out they weren't writing up offers for, making the presumption that we wouldn't accept the offers, but didn't feel the need to let us know. Gave Oceanside the flick another real estate agent took over, house was under offer in 9 days, settles this Wednesday, I will never use Oceanside again

It's extremely difficult to write a good review for a rental company as a tenant because lets face it, it can be a nightmare... Somehow though, I've found the Real Estate Company that puts the others to shame. From the moment we called them on a whim looking for a rental, to the next phase of acquiring it in mere days, through to our rental Inspections and continued relationship with Sarah, they (Especially Sarah) have been outstanding (we were pretty lucky to snag the loveliest of house owners too). I have no doubt in my mind that when it comes time to move on, or buy a home of my own, I'll be dealing with Sarah and Oceanside and couldn't recommend them more.

I rented a great property on Oceanside Promenade for just over 3 years with Oceanside Realty and they were always very responses to any issues that came up always very reasonable with their feedback from the inspections and now that I have left the property they were very professional and helpful letting me know exactly what I needed to do before leaving the property which resulted in no dramas getting my bond back.
