This is the BEST!!!!!Excellent service and great prices. SO much better than the big supermarket chains: easy to order, easy to add forgotten items later.(I found this excellent shop whilst studying for exams; complaining to myself that the big two supermarket chains are so exxy and never have anything I want, anyway, and there should be a way to get delicious exam dinners and snacks and vegetables and essentials delivered, and feeling sad that there's not an Indian supermarket near me.... And then I googled. This is life changing!!!)

Love shopping at Radha Online as they have a variety of products to select with pictures and also the prices are reasonable. They deliver on time and let you know if items are unavailable. Very proficient service. The delivery drivers are polite. Thanks Radhe

Good experience with Radhe Online order. Delivery guys are friendly persons. They helped me to deliver to the first other. Otherwise, it would be very difficult. My legs were in pain that day. They asked about my well-being. If the item is unavailable, they will call whether you need any replacement. Without our consent they will add any replacement. This is a good thing.

Have been ordering from Radhe online pretty regularly despite some hiccups with their quality but will move away now, they have really botched up delivery and rescheduling of our last order when we clearly informed them that we will be out of station and requested to reschedule. The guy who answers phone is not professional and always seems in a hurry. He didn’t even try to help us, just said tell the delivery partner to return it to our store, we will arrange for delivery again. We followed this and told the delivery partner to take the stuff back to store. 5 days forward, we called them to check if they can deliver the stuff since we were returning to Sydney. They told us delivery partner has delivered. To make matters worse, Radhe didn’t help us but sent a picture of package which was left outside the main door of our building. I’ve had issues in the past as well where we have noticed that they send near expiry products (Maggi for example) and vegetables are not fresh. We mostly do online orders when we are not able to lift heavy items like 10 kg atta and do bulk orders, but the recent interaction has clearly shown how ill managed the entire process is and how less Radhe cares about such issues. We will definitely move to some other grocery stores rather than spending time and energy fighting with them.

I frequently do online shopping with Radhe for my cooking school. I have never been disappointed with the products or the service. They are also willing to accommodate any last-minute changes as long as you give them prior notification. The staff is also always friendly and helpful. 5 out 5 stars from me, they are my go-to shop for Indian Groceries.

There are many retailers who sells/delivers groceries, what makes Radhe stand unique is the quality of their products and their customer service wrt refunds/exchanges. The veggies they deliver are the freshest and pricing is great!!

Love doing online shopping at Radhe. Its easy to find products and if any products are unavailable the staff member makes sure to give a call and replace it with a different brand instock. Made our first online order and everything was smooth except for the replacement item. One of the item was replaced by 5 times more expensive item when it should have been replaced by near identical price item or not at all. Will order again without replacement option from next time onwards.
