Chatswood Pilates Studio

This is a great boutique studio - ideal if you are a complete beginner but catering to those with more experience who are looking to mastered some more challenging moves. I started coming earlier this year and the attention, knowledge and creativity keep me coming back. All of the instructors have been excellent, each offering a slightly different approach which keeps it interesting. The fact that so many of the people training here have been coming regularly for a long time speaks volumes. Highly recommended!

Shae has incredible in depth knowledge of Pilates and her small classes focus on individual needs.
