Ironman 4x4 Brisbane

So impressed with my Ironman awning with the easy off fittings. 5 minutes from off the wall to onto the car and locked in place. As a +60 woman this is awesome.

Terrible customer service. Lied about how long the products would take to arrive. Kept giving me false promises, told me “it would be here next week” and no follow through.Didn’t call me to give any updates, waited 6 weeks when I was told “it would be here by the end of the week”Had to call 3 times in 1 day to get any response. Would not recommend buying anything from this business. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer care I received.When I asked for updates I was told “there’s plenty of other people waiting” completely down played my concerns, in fact they were never even addressed.

We just picked up our new car with alucab canopy camper installation and a few other modifications. Geoff from the Geebung store was so wonderful to deal with. Direct, honest and timely communication throughout the whole process. Stunning outcome, perfect installation and we are definitely all smiles here!

Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. Staff were able to recommend some great spotties for my Trition and install them for a good price. Nice comfortable store with lots of options for products. Definitely recommend!

Great experience! Shaun and the team without hesitation went out of their way to talk to me on the phone And help me out with my issue. I drove from south west Brisbane just to deal with this store at Brendale and will continue to. Seriously great staff and great professionalism. They really do make you feel like part of the team,great work giys keep it up!

Bought an Ironman Swift 1400 tent from A2Z4x4 Bundaberg Dec 2022, while the tent is great the service from the dealership is a bit lacking. I asked on several occasions the center to center mounting holes required, even sent a photo and with markings as I needed to fit mounting rails to my canopy. The sales person just said 1270mm on the day they took the deposit and not ONE word after and not one email reply. I called and they said they were busy and would measure and call back which they never did. Anyway, pick up the tent and the holes are not 1270mm but 1260mm which required a lot of work by myself to bolt it down, slot holes etc. No offer of help or follow up while I’m doing this in the front parking. Thanks Ironman for a great tent but only 3 stars for A2Z only because they had it in stock.

Would not buy off these guys. Poor workmanship and evan poorer customer service. Rusty bull bar and no claim as just out of warranty. Save your money and pay a bit more for a better quality product.

Fantastic genuine, friendly and knowledgable service instore. Quote efficiently emailed same day, quoted a good price for a range of products plis labour. Decided to go with Ironman products for their appeal and quality. Organised ordering of parts over the phone, due for fitment in Sept.
