The staff were polite and helpful but they need to realize customers come first and to make customers pick up tiles round their times not the other way around is not good enough to have store-man from 9.30 to 3.30 is not very helpful for people who work long hours

These guys came up as one of the top listing for stone veneer, however when i visited the shop it turned out that they were more like a tile shop than a stone shop. Great variety of tile but no real stone veneer to speak of (apart from one brand shown in the pictures below), if your looking for tiles ok, the staff were very nice, but try somewhere else for veneer stone.

We bought some veneer drystack sandstone after we got them home my husband looked in the packets and found no corners. We rang and informed them and when he spoke to the girl there she argued that we cancelled all the corners. We informed no only one corner. She just said that her recollections were different to ours and she didn't apologize just was rude. So we have gone else were to get the corners their loss. If people are that rude they won't be getting any more of my business, and I will not be recommending them to anyone.

I have been combing Adelaide tile shops in desperate search of some genuine assistance in choosing tiles. Ceramica tile staff Sally and Penny were amazing. They were interested and enthusiastic to help which had been sadly lacking in other tile shops I had visited. They both had endless patience, many options and wonderful taste! I could not recommend this place enough. Thanks girls. Do yourself a big favour and put this place on the top of your list of places to start when you need beautiful tiles and expert advice!!
