I would like that thank & recommend the icandy team for their exceptional customer service helping me pick out my dream pram. I met Amber and Vikki at the baby expo and they were wonderful kind and caring and spent a lot of their time helping me. I have been trying to have children for many years and after a successful IVF round I found myself speaking to these wonderful people. This was an overwhelming experience for me being a single parent but they really made me feel at ease. Their Peach pram is amazing !!!! Thank you Thank you

Bad service! Couldn't deliver what they promised. Misleading customers by giving False and invalid tracking information. I don't recommend! There are great stores that deliver great service than iCandy Australia.

The products at ICandy Elsternwick are absolutely gorgeous and Laurence went above and beyond to help me find just the right gift. I will definitely be back with my daughter to get her pram.

Horrible customer service! We bought the pram and a bag at the Sydney expo 2021. The sales person says the pram will be sent out from Melbourne and they will contact us to arrange delivery time etc with us. On a Monday. We already got the email that the order has been processed. I called icandy saying I will only be at home on a Thursday and on a Friday. The lady on the phone named Viki told me she cannot do anything as courier will just rock up at the door as she already processed the order. If no one at home. We will need to pick up at the depot ourselves. You would think a $2500 pram would have a level of service. But no. She would not let me speak over the phone and I had to tell her. It's a $2500 item and I am heavily pregnant and I work full time too. I cannot just wait whenever the courier want to show up. At the end of the phone call. She said she will put a note for me for the courier. Guess what? Nope. The courier still just show up the time whenever. Luckily my husband is around the area so he rush home to sign off the item as the courier just called me asking me if he can leave the item at the door. I said no. You cannot leave a $2500 item at the door for a high raise building.There is no service after you paid for this luxury pram. And the level of rushness and miscommunication . added extra level of stress for someone who is pregnant and have a job.

Friendly service and had good knowledge of the products.

My wife and I bought an iCandy after receiving the most pleasant experience while visiting them at an Expo and at the store in south melbourne. The staff are amazing, they are so friendly. I ended up ordering the pram online and it arrived the next day! Incredible service. i would highly recommend iCandy for their service and incredible products. You wont get this service at any other baby store, i assure you.
