Nick and the team from AV24/7 provided excellent audio and lighting to our Christmas Carols service in 2019. We were in great hands: the team was really thorough, professional and friendly. We had a terrible experience with this company! They did the audio for a wedding I MC’d yesterday. The staff were not professional at all and had no sense of urgency when things went wrong - which happened frequently. Wireless microphones were not charged at beginning of the event, the band’s mics and instruments lost power halfway through the event and they had to continue on with no amplification, wireless microphones did not work from the outdoor stage where the main meal was to be served so the event was delayed by 30 minutes while their staff slowly set up lead mics, and to top it all off, their staff packed up the microphones during the main meal without notifying anyone so we were delayed again while they set up the microphones again. I would not trust this company for any event.

We had a Carols event on Saturday night out at a little park, the team there spent hours and hours putting up the entire stage and lighting + sound equipment, then packing it down till late, and everything was done super efficiently and effectively. We had awesome sound from the performers point of view and the audience members I talked to said it’s the best it had ever sounded. These guys are reliable and super awesome, would recommend their skills to anyone!

The team at AV 24/7 are fantastic. From planning through to completion they have been absolutely wonderful to work with. The bump in crew were prompt, skilled and eager to help. Their technicians are extremely competent and the bump out crew were on time and discreet. I don't think an event producer could ask for more from a production company.
