Divas Brow Sydney

I was struggling to find a suitable place to shape my eyebrows as I was quite new to makeup. However Divas Brow has provided excellent customer service and results (special shout-out to Shruti!) Would definitely recommend and come back.

Got lash extensions done here and was done very poorly with too much glue and placement not at the base of the lash. Has made my natural lashes fall out. Would not recommend getting lash extensions here. Emailed to advise with photos with no response

Worst experience ever. The person did a horrible job with my eyebrows, didn’t not understand clear instructions and was extremely rude. Yelled at me and asked me to get out when I asked her to fix the eyebrows. Extremely unprofessional and scary experience.

Shruti is incredible!! She is so skilled in threading, eyelash lift and tint, eyebrow lamination and tint. I’m very happy with her services and will definitely go back x thank you Shruti!!

I’ve been going to diva brows for over 18 months now since I moved to the city and each time I’ve gone the service has gotten worse and worse.Today the beautician didn’t complete the full service of eyebrow threading before applying the cream so I then had to ask her to trim my eyebrows as opposed to every other time they have asked if I would like trimming to be done. A thread includes shaping which includes trimming the hair and if your paying $29 for this service a customer shouldn’t have to request this.Very abrupt with her manners and her tone. Wont be coming back after today.

I went to the divas brow in Westfield Sydney for the first time with the expectation based on the google review that I could get the service what people wrote.Told the technician lady that I have uneven eyebrows from different shop and purposely grew the eyebrows so she could make them even, I even showed her my picture with good eyebrows as reference for her what I expected.The lady seemed understood then she did the threading and the result was the same just like before - uneven eyebrows. I right away complained and told her what I expected as I have told her in the beginning but she seemed insisted that she was right and told me to draw my eyebrows with the pencil to make it even (which really unacceptable).I was REALLY DISAPPOINTED and unhappy, too busy to argue with her then I went out and rang the customer service, and told everything that I am still unhappy with the result and the service.long short story, we made a deal that I could get fully refund, but they only transferred me back half of the charge.How disappointed with the service both technician and customer service. They don't even deserve 1 star from this review. I had to press it in order to post it!
