Just wanted to give Peter (service manager) a 5 star review for his service and prompt replies in putting my boat together, he has been very quick in applying the add ons and specs requested and even more helpful with his knowledge of the various electronics and compatible parts and accessories associated with the build. Took my 15hp mercury to Dave Hill Marine just before Christmas because it hadn't run in a few years and wasn't starting. Got told the motor was stuffed and I was offered a new one for $4600.Took it for a second opinion at Shoalhaven marine and they got it running as good as new a few hundred dollars later.

I've own many boats and never have I've ever been ripped off so much for labour charges than this mob. I was never given a quote on cost of labour, but was repeatedly told its simple

Must do a lot of dodge up work on motors for people to sell. They should start stating on service paperwork they advised owners to fix this or that when they checked it over. Bought 2 boats both serviced last at Shoalhaven marine both times have had to fix the motors after being in there. Lots of words I could describe the owner as but as a child fits well. If you deal with people like me everyday stop dodging up motors for people to sell and run an honest business. Hard to find a good mechanic especially boat mechanic and I would not recommend these blokes.

These guys are simply decent humans. I was in a pickle today having taken delivery of a new boat (from a different dealer and away on holiday so nowhere near them).I rang hoping for some assistance as my boat broke down this morning. They said bring it in and we will have a quick look and if its a simple fix then we will do it and if not I could leave the boat with them. They took 3 hours of their time to seek and fix the problem with my boat. All in time for Easter holidays this week so i can enjoy the boat and time with my family. I am super grateful and very happy to recommend the team at Shoalhaven Marine to anyone. Cheers Guys and thanks again!!!

Customer service is poorer than poor and so is the quality of work.Dishonest and unethical.Would not recommend this mob at all to anyone ever!
