Went in for a factory tow bar to be fitted, they damaged the drivers door then did a rush repair paint job which was absolutely sub standard!!Gone back in for second door repair and i found the instruction book from the towbar fitting still in engine bay when i opened the bonnet to top up my washer bottle!!! Fire risk!!!When i asked about it i was rudely dismissed and told they didnt know anything about it!!!Have lodged a formal complaint with VW Australia now as this is just a joke!!This car is my 4th new car from this dealer but no more. Im really disappointed with the customer service and its far from an exceptional experience!

James R was fantastic and made buying my new car smooth and quick. He answered all my questions, picked up the phone when I called and provided me with updates on the status of my vehicle. I couldn’t recommend him enough. I was tossing up between a few cars, but it was his service, professionalism and kind attitude that brought me back to VW.

Excellent customer service experience!Brought the car from Tasmania and picked the car up on a Sunday (big Thanks to James who had to accommodate my travel plan and also picked me up from the airport)Wouldn't be any more convenient!

Usually good. Purchased car from Southern Volkswagen but during one service they broke my window switch and denied it and refused to help or fix it. Terrible service. Avoid this dealer. Take your car elsewhere if you don't want it broken.

I had such a great experience with Southern Volkswagen that I feel comfortable leaving a positive review. I live in another State and enquired about one of their used vehicles. Mitch was a great person to deal with, providing me with a virtual tour of the car and all the assistance I required. Paul from finance was also great to talk to, giving all the information on finance options. At no stage, I felt pressured or pushed, quite the contrary as they were always friendly and supportive. Great staff, great service and prices, would highly recommend them for your next purchase.
