The new owners of sola hart, have done an incredible job at dealing with the previous owners mistakes.They promptly contacted me to have a technician go over my system to see if it’s all working correctly now, something i waited months for, from the previous owners. Ken has been very genuine and kind to speak with. I would recommend solar hart with the new owners to do the systems.

We recently had a Solar Hot Water Unit replaced which involved the replacement of some roof sheeting as well, in two sections of our roof. While the complete project was over two days, the work was carried out efficiently and quickly, so quickly there was no need to have a temporary hot water unit as a replacement. The old Hot Water Unit was replaced and the new Solarhart Unit installed within the same day. The plumbing company which replaced the roof sheeting was arranged by Solarhart as well, which resolved a big issue we had in trying to coordinate two separate companies (plumbers and a hot water supply company). Again, the work was carried out efficiently, effectively and expeditiously. The installation team were terrific to work with as well, being polite and respectful, as well as being good with their work. We consider the financial cost to be 'value for money'. My recent experience with solahart was totally different to what it had been in the past.They arrived when they said they would, assessed the situation and solved the issue.Mitch the plumber was easy to talk to, efficient and happy to explain what was done.My faith in has been restored!!!

All staff have been friendly and helpful, prompt to respond to contact. The installers were well-organised and efficient, were careful of the surroundings despite quite difficult access through the yard. The installation was all done neatly, and the area was left clean and tidy. We first purchased from Solahart in 2000, so our first hot water system lasted a little over 22 years of trouble-free service, and I had no hesitation in purchasing again.
