As an essential worker on the road between services I stopped to grab a quick meatball sub and use the bathroom. The bathroom was fairly and looked as though it had been a long time between cleans. The lettus was going brown and the counter needed a good wipe down. I love subway and find it a healthy option when out the the road, I don't write reviews and rarely complain , however unfortunately I couldn't bring myself to eat the sub as I was concerned after experiencing the lack of cleanliness

How does this store have a 4 star rating. I ordered a chicken schnitzel toasted, I live 1.4 kms from the store and got it home and it’s stone cold. The chicken was actually still chilled on the inside. When I called the reaction was just as chilled. No apology, just do you want me to make it again? As if the first one was gods gift to humanity and he couldn’t believe I would require 2 miracles in one day. The only miracle here is if people aren’t getting Salmonella.

Came here as every subway around me had bad reviews. This subway was very good. The staff were also very good!I had a sub made, and the guy went to put cheese on and noticed the bread had a hole. He stopped and got me a new one. I've never seen this done before! I'm very happy with my sub. I'll definitely be back again!

Being a previous employee for multiple subway stores it’s a disappointment coming into this store staff are extremely unmotivated and make you feel as if there is a problem with you being there definitely nothing like the stores I worked for they where friendly polite and made you feel welcomed this place makes you feel like a nuisance being there super disappointing

This 1 star is for this special employee Sophie. She either needs to be fired or never come in contact with customers again.She’s extremely rude and dry and has no problem with literally throwing your food around right in front of your face. I’ve watched her terrible service on multiple occasions and it hasn’t changed even though I’ve complained to management multiple times.I’ll happily change this 1 star to a five when I know she’s no longer serving people.
